Also another time my brother was in there and asked for a certain type of comic he was looking to buy. The guy told him that, no they do not carry it because no one would buy it because it sucks. Well obviously it was a rude dig because my brother did want to buy it. He pretty much told my brother he has bad taste. It was just uncalled for, my brother is a super friendly nice person that didn't deserve that.
I love the store, they have a little of everything. I would have given them a 5 star review but the young man working in there was really rude. I was shopping and tried to small talk him since it was just us in there. I was talking to him and he just turned his back to me. I thought he was just looking at something but after a few minutes I asked a question during my conversation with him and he never turned around or answered me. So I repeated myself and still nothing. I was embarrassed so I just walked out. I guess asking about the pizza shop next door was just too boring to pay attention to.
I will still probably shop there but only on occasions I can't find what I want somewhere else close. Unless they get friendlier employees.
They have a great selection. Made the trip to find something unique for my son and was not disappointed. Way more than just comics.
I've bought from these guys numerous times, always very friendly and always guides me in the right direction for what's appropriate for my 8 yo son. The only problem I've ever had was we bought a $25 toy for my son, got home and it was broken when he got it out of the box, I called the store and he very generously told me I could bring it back anytime in the next few days and exchange it. The owner and staff have always been great. And as much as my son loves superheroes I'm sure I'll be a long time customer.
Best place in town to meet like minded comic enthusiast!
Good. Friendly employees, knowledgeable employees. Good place for pre-teen and teen to look around. Some nice fidget spinners also. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
