This is was a bad clerk redid my order 4 times and it was still wrong. While she was rolling eyes it not me it's the screen. I told her I don't it's correct she here receipt. Really it wasn't I had tell assist this wrong. Then I waited for my food 25 minutes. 10 others customers came after me got there order before me. I order 3 triple cheeseburger 2 med fries 1 large a large coke.
I had orderd 3 plain cheese burgers through the drive through and all were made incorrectly so I went back with reciept and sandwiches and had they kindly made 3 plain again, but there is a twist! They were wrong again! After being told directly by another employee on what to make they still messed it up!
I like the 2 big macs or the 20pcs chicken nuggets for $5 deal. 2 egg mcmuffins for $4 is their current deal, and since they serve breakfast all day long, it's convenient.
This is a small town and unfortunately they're hiring a lot of people from the nearby large city. As of late a lot of the people that work here don't seem to give a darn about anything. There is one lady by the name of Annette that does the cleaning and works hard to keep the place clean. When she is not there the place is horrible as you can see by the pics I put on here. She is very welcoming and friendly and always has a smile for you even when the work is more than she can take. There have been very few people behind the counter that are as nice as her and they don't stay long. This McDonald's is always training new people so you never know who will be here next. More times than not there is an issue with our order being right. The biggest issue being the cashiers never repeat back what you have ordered to make sure it is right.
Typical big name fast food burger joint. The recently tore down and built an entire new building on the same lot, which now has 2 drive thru lines. So that helps speed the orders up especially if they are customized such as without onions, like I always have them make mine, haha.
My service here has been hit or miss, sometimes its fast and all is correct and great. Other times I have had long waits in the drive thru and my food order made incorrectly. Which is very agitating, as I'm sure everyone already knows, haha.
Awesome place to eat. Employees are kind and quick service. Plenty of parking. Restrooms are always clean and they keep the table's and floor's clean too. Cheap kid's meal's and adults too. Serve breakfast all day long too. Many times I wish they would have. Egg bacon cheese biscuit's all day. I have gone a few times got the meal since they added it. Maybe 3. Lol. But the food is cheap to take your family something for everyone.
Overall you know what to expect to a certain degree when coming here to eat., low cost, fast food. Kids meals are great at a low cost to feed the little ones.
