This place is a joke!!! Never have any cars available, won't try to find you one at another one of their locations, won't return calls as promised, and forget calling corporate, they are just as useless. They will tell you there are plenty cars at another location and after you drive half way across town, guess what? And......I had a reservation!! Yep, NO CARS AVAILABLE!!!

Need to quote the insurance online as well... online quote jumped from 150 to 450 in person. Never have my business again. What a waste of time.

It was a fantastic Dodge Ram great good on gas Tom said we got 27 miles to a gallon on it so we were very pleased we always are happy with Enterprise

And the NEVER answer the phone! Beware...while being in hold, if the recording comes on more than 7 times asking you to continue to hold, it will tell you it can't be transferred and disconnect you and you have to start all over!! Try that for about a half day and see how mad you get!!!

Not totally honest with us upfront. We were directed there through a claim and they stated that they needed a credit card on file. I explicitly asked if they were going to charge anything to the card. They said no, but they do have a $50 deposit. But wouldn't actually charge. More so to validate the card. We agreed and within a few hours of having the vehicle wife sees a charge on the card. We took the vehicle back and demanded an immediate refund. They said it would be 2-3 days before the refund would be released. FYI Enterprise, credit card processing doesn't batch until the end of the night. What you did was a bold faced lie and shady business practice.

While I liked the free upgrade because they were out of cars, I didn't appreciate the misleading savings statement that the fuel service option would give me. They didn't tell me you would have to pay for a full tank.
