I had a coupon for oil change and new wiper blades for less than $20. Time to pick up the car and invoice $124. I reminded them that the total bill should be no more than $20 plus tax! Oh yes, don't know how that happened. They also put the oil filter and drain plug on so tight that Walmart refused to work on it for the next oil change. I had to take the car to a mechanic to get the filter and plug off. Obviously I'm not going back to these guys.

Edit: went in on a Saturday and it definitely took longer for them to get to me. They told me the wire harness needs to be replaced, and estimated the cost at $200-$300. If i can find someone else to do the work, i will. Though the staff is wonderful, and very accommodating, the cost of services is pretty high.
Staff is very friendly and they did everything they could to get my car done in time for me to get to work. However, the reason i went in was to get my brakes checked because the ABS light was on. A day later, i was having the same problem after spending $400 to get a wheel bearing replaced. I will schedule another appointment to have it checked out and will change my rating based on that, but as it is now, they didn't fix my problem even though i spent a good amount of money there.
Had an issue diagnosed, my brake lines replaced, and my car back all in the same day. Perfect customer service. Super informative, honest and friendly. Definitely will be back.
Buyer Beware! 4 months ago I took my car in for new brake pads that I didn't have time to change myself. I was told by the manager the rotors are worn down just underspect but I chose to do then myself later. Well yesterday I changed my rotors and this scam artist cut the old break pad wear indicator off and put them back on my car. They were paper thin and completely rusted. This is how cars end up under semis, I'm not being hyperbolic to say he could of got me killed
