Prior to visit, car was very clean but had drove through swarm of large bugs so went to Express for a wash. When done, checked car. Passenger mirror was knocked crooked, but built for that happening. But....entire car was covered in black greasy film. Noticed during wash that brushes were stained black, water that washed and rinsed also black. Showed attendant and she refunded money. Went to Crew carwash and most came off. But hood is still covered. Will require some detail work and hand washing...hope that works. Also scratch on hood. $30,000 car. Have had it washed 3-5 days a week for past year at Crew and NEVER had a problem. Express is filthy. Will ever go there again. Is it possible to give negative stars?
They do alright. Havent had a problem ever, Kat just hooked me up. Had a lot of tree sap and she treated me right. Nothing but great things is all I have to say. Thanks Kat!!
