70min of driving. 42 miles driven. All to be told the gift card you were given as a gift isn't good. TWICE! That's 84 miles and 2.5 hours of driving to shop a small town business. I have spent thousands on pictures and hundreds on clothing in the last year. After some digging, it turns out it's the fault of a previous employee. Being that I am experienced in small town family business, I'm certain that when someone who has this many problems has a remaining balance of $14... You write it off, apologize, and apologize again. Because that's the least you could do to give them a tiny little reason to return to your business. Customer service is a really important piece when it comes to a successful business. And let's not forget the shirt I ordered online, paid for and never received because you sold it to someone else and never bothered to let me know and refund my money until I called you.
