She was short with me and had an awful attitude, which is unfortunate and very unnecessary. Life is too short for that, and I will never support a company who allows their employees to treat customers that way.
Terrible customer service. I wish I could attest to the flower quality, but unfortunately, the woman I spoke to on the phone was so rude and unprofessional that I decided not to purchase and went with Penny's (who was incredibly friendly and helpful) instead.
I live in Georgia and send flowers to my loved one in Greenfield on a regular basis. Beautiful Beginings is by far the best Florist I have ever done business with. The arrangements were always perfect. It is hard to find a business that will do you right when you are in another state but Brenda and her team always out did my expectations.
Brenda did a wonderful job on centerpieces for a Rotary Event. She stored them for me until the last minute as well.
