This may be a corporation, however they still run it like a family store. I purchased an Incubator mfg. by Miller in Feb. Had issues with it and attempted to get the mfg. to fix or replace. after 5 emails still no help. I notified the corporate office of the poor service from Miller and suggested they find another vendor. To shorten the story, Orschein invited me to return the item for a full refund or exchange even though I no longer had the box or receipt. When I arrived at the store and began to explain the situation, she stopped me by saying " Oh you must be Mike". A great company.
