I have my home and auto insurance with Brad. I am pleased with how responsive his office is with my questions and is always ready to help. I had what may seem like an off the wall question: Can I raise honeybees for my garden and family consumption or do I need extra insurance? I asked Brad this question at 8 PM...and had the answer (no you don't, as long as you're not selling it) in my inbox before 9:30 AM. Very, very prompt service. I joined Costco - so I called their insurance people. They quoted me $3 more per month on our 4 autos...and wouldn't do the home insurance I have now at all. Who knows how much more that would have cost? Bottom line: fair rates and fast service. I am a happy customer.
Love the staff there! Brad & Diana are very kind and willing to work with you to get you what you need. I haven't worked with the other lady yet but I'm sure she's just as nice. Brad is very professional and diligent in his dealings. I would recommend them to others.
