Great and friendly service
By far this was one of the worst business experiences that I have ever received. We were referred to this company by another company since they did not come into Johnson County. We called Capital City Chem Dry over three weeks ago to schedule an appointment for 11/30/2015. I asked on the phone if there were any specials, was quoted 3 rooms for 120.00. I asked then if stairs could be used as a room and the response was yes. I was given a quote for two rooms (traffic area only) and stairs for $129.00 plus a $10.00 truck fee. My appointment time was to be between 8:30 and 9:00. I received a phone call at 8:42 stating that he would be approximately 40 minutes late due to a equipment problems. I was fine with that and appreciated the phone call. The tech arrived at 9:37. I showed him the areas that needed to be done. He then gave me a different price. I told him that was not the quote I was given over the phone. He then said that he has been doing this forever and stairs are never substituted as a room. They are always $65.00. He did not offer to compromise or make good on the quote. I declined the services and told him that I would contact the company. I called the company and explained the situation. The young lady on the phone did see the original quote that was given to me stating that the stairs was included. She then explained that stairs are $65.00 and I should have not been given this quote. I told her that I had taken time off work to have this service done and that it was not my fault that I had been misquoted. She stated that she would contact the owner Dave and let me know if they could honor the quote that was originally given to me. She called back approximately 40 minutes later to inform me that the owner Dave would not honor the quote.
