Communication is terrible. Told me that there was no chance I'd need a new tank, but inspector forced it. I know that's not his fault but I was guaranteed it wouldn't happen several times before I pulled the permit. After dragging out doing my complete septic install for over a month, I was told they wouldn't do it, which didn't leave me enough time to get it done before cold weather, or without having to pay a high premium to get another company to do it.
I had a reverse osmosis water system installed. When the filter cartridges were put in he did not remove the plastic wrapping although the instructions say to do so (in plain sight). For 6 months my drinking water tasted like crap and I didn't know why until another plumbing service replaced the filters. A substandard job by a licensed plumber who obviously can't read.
