Tried to use a local service and having these types of experiences really represents an issue in America.
The staff at Postnet is Top Notch. I own multiple businesses and we use them for all of our shipping, printing and mailbox needs. You wont find a nicer group of people around! I highly recommend them!
You get one star for being local and another for giving the items back.
According to the wife they finally gave her stuff back, but by golly we certainly won't use their services anymore.
A $5 minimum to use card... Refusal to give my wife back her stuff by holding her items hostage until she paid for the $1 label. Knowing she just said she didn't have cash, you tried to con her out of 4 additional dollars or go over to Kroger to use the ATM to pay for the label? THAT IS WHAT THE $1 charge is for and to continue to ask her to pay for the label is a bit ridiculous. Amazon will be aware of this issue.
