Horrible company. I have tried to get information regarding my payroll since August and all they can say is to call the company. But if they handle the bookkeeping, they should be able to give simple answers about payroll, deductions, and unidentified amounts taken out of the check such as "miscellaneous deductions" . Completely unwilling to help and the woman that answered the phone was rude. I feel there is something "weird" about the company and the connection with the employer I worked with for over a year. Never have experienced an issue like this and am calling the IRS to investigate. If I was an employer, I would want a company that can handle my bookkeeping in a professional manner and be able to answer simple questions. I would also want an organization that could work with my employees in a professional manner, as well.
