No one called to notify us, so we had sat and waited for nothing. Very inconsiderate, especially since my husband had to drive out of his way after work to be there. We were not impressed with this type of introduction to Fiscal Tax Services at all. We will not use it in the future and will share how we were treated with others.
We made the appointment over a week ago prior to have our tax returns done at the Marsh in Greenfield location. Waited well past the appointed time with no preparer showing up. Finally called her, only to be told that they had changed their scheduling at another location and our appointment didn't show up in their computer.
