I swear I can sit here and try to call this particular Chase Bank 30 times in the span of 3 hours and NOBODY will answer...doesn't matter what time or what day, nobody answers.
The staff in the branch have always been great. They are friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, loans are now handled over the phone or internet by people elsewhere. The short answer on their loan department is they suck, even though I got the loan. I have been a Chase customer for over 20 years and I thought I was going to have to give up my first and second born kids to refinance an existing loan and I have great credit. Plus, the loan department is very unorganized.
Great space and staff. Always helpful and very accommodating, you'll never leave disappointed.
The branch manager is unprofessional and is not knowledgeable enough to give clear and helpful information.
