Walked in w 0 people in line and it took them 2.5 hrs to change my oil and rotate my tires. Insane. I feel bad for whoever came in after me. Never again
Over an hour and a half wait for an oil change, not one car was in line ahead of me. Employees seemed to busy catching up with a former employee to finish the service in a timely manner.
Going past 2.5 hour oil change now ...this place sux
Good price on tires, but took them WAY too long to put TWO tires on. As I was watching from the window, they stood around talking while “getting tools.” My dad and I were there for at least an hour and a half. Honestly could’ve just bought the tires and put them on myself.
Great if you love your lugnuts rounded and oil to be used despite buying new.
