Outstanding! I had a cavity that needed filled. The staff and Dr. Powers were professional and pleasant. As well, I recently needed a crown following a root canal and again the staff and Dr. Powers were courteous and professional. Both were very pleasant experiences under the circumstances (who likes to get fillings and crowns - other than perhaps Bill Murray in Little Shop of Horrors!)
I have to go to this dentist due to my insurance co. Every time I go you have to pay the full balance which is fine, But i still get a bill for more? They call the insurance co to see what is covered so why do I get another bill for more money??? I will not pay any extra !!!!!!! This is there mistake not mine. This happens every time I go. Wish I could find anther Dentist!!!!!!
We recently moved to the area and needed to make some appointments for our family. All 3 of my boys had cleanings, and 1 of them had 3 fillings done in April, and all 3 of them have had to be redone since then. They also lack the communication of telling you which filling material is covered and which is not under your insurance. We also seemed to be getting bills after paying the current bill in full and it seemed like they kept charging us for things. They even went as far as to send me an insurance statement from OUR insurance company after I called and questioned their practices. It was a snarky response on their behalf. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
We had a wonderful experience!!!! I would totally recommend Creative Smiles to everyone I know, the staff is incredible!!!! Creative Smiles is our new family dentist. Don't waste your time Google other places take my word for it and have a great experience!!!!
I’ve lived in Greenfield for over 20 years and Creative Smiles used to be great. Most recently I’ve had to ask for my money back for. Poorly performed precedure and the wait time was unacceptable! If I could give it no stars I️ would....
