The doctors themselves at this location are all kind. They dont always explain things to the understanding I expect but theyre kind about it. The same cannot be said for the rest of the staff. ive had bad customer service upon every visit and been talked down to every time ive come here. Its rediculous.
Dr. Nowacki (I think that's how you spell it) is a new female doctor at the practice. She is amazing! Very caring and great to talk to!
37 weeks and wildly unhappy with my experience here to the point of considering changing hospitals. I can never get in with Dr. Strong who is amazing, but 9 out of 10 visits are with a nurse practitioner. When I do see an actual MD it is Dr. Jones, who to me is rude and accusative. I have friends who like him, but I have not had one enjoyable visit with him. I have never met Dr. Lo so I have no opinion there. I highly recomend visiting other facilities if you are considering hancock obgyn, as a birthing option. Unless you can get Dr. Strong then I would consider them.
Always very polite & nice, you see a different doctor or nurse every time & the appointments are very short. Hard to get ahold of over the phone bc of so many automated systems. But I've always had a good experience & they do wonderful at always explaining & answering questions.
