We really appreciated the professional work T.J. Chimney Service did on our chimney. Our chimney was a major repair, from the tearing done to rebuilding it to doing work on the inside too. They really went above and beyond in all areas of the job, great people to work with too. They really take pride in their work and we would recommend them to anyone. We love our new chimney, makes our house look so much better!! Thank you so much for your hard work!!
Gabe & his team are incredible. They are truly top notch!! Not only does he go above any beyond to make sure the work they are doing is done safe but he makes sure it is done correctly and I know based on his experience and time spent researching our job that I had total confidence in him and his team and the work they did. Looking at the job now, WOW it looks immaculate I am very impressed and would recommend them to anyone!!
This would have been zero stars if it would have let me. Horrible company with unethical practices. I called the company because my dryer vent needed cleaned was quoted a price of $99. The guy shows up looks at everything tells me he didn't bring any tools. How can you not bring the tools to a job?? He did look go into crawl space after I questioned him. I was told 5 feet of bent needed replaced and told again he couldn't do it today because of no tools. He had the balls to charge $59! Today I had a new guy out and found out that the vent didn't need replaced at all. SO I WAS LIED TO. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Helpful beyond any place I have ever been.
So I called and was told I'd have to wait another 5 weeks for the next available slot. In total it would take me 11 weeks to have my fireplace fixed. This is an unacceptable time frame and making me wait another 5 weeks from my initial appointment is a terrible business practice.
I scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and repair my fireplace. The earliest appointment I could get was in 5 weeks. Three days before my appointment I was called and told I needed to reschedule, so it delayed fixing my fireplace by another week. Once the crew arrived at my house they assessed what would need to be done and then told me I had to schedule a time for them to actually come repair instead of them being able to fix it then.
