I really like how the product went into the walls and didn't cause harm to my interior part of the house. The folks who were here were working on the house by 9 or 9:30 and they were gone by 2. They were very nice young men and were very professional about their jobs. They told us what to expect before they started the process and then got right to it. They took pictures before and after in the attic. They let me watch the whole process and inspect where the wall spray foam went into the walls so I could see it went to the top. The young man working in the attic put up measuring papers so that I could see exactly how much blow in attic insulation went into the attic. I notice the difference already. The house is not baking hot on the west side of the house in the evening as it used to be. The house seems to be more evenly cool already. I am very happy with the product and the service. Would for sure recommend USA Insulation for any existing home which may be without.

We had insulation put in our walls in May of this year. Damage was done to our siding and we were told that they would fix it or compensate us. It is now the end of November and nothing has been resolved. Our calls go unanswered and we keep getting the run around by the owner. Not only that but they took off siding on our house for samples and it's not been replaced, so they have actually done more damage to our house.
My salesman, Chris was thorough in explaining the process. The installers were great guys, quick, efficient, and understanding when I had even more questions. They also cleaned up behind themselves and were professional and courteous. Rebecca is great too! My old drafty house is a lot less drafty!!
