I only go here because it was going to take too long to get an actual doctors appointment and I was not going to go to the ER.
My son was sick and on a late Saturday he was seen by a Nurse Practitioner. She was VERY helpful, and within a few minutes had my boy smiling (even though he was sick). I was filled with gratitude that I was able to take my boy late on a Saturday for medical help. So much better than an emergency room. I'll be back there the next time anyone in my family is sick.
This place is extremely slow. When I came in there was no one in the waiting area but me. I waiting 40 minutes to be called back they did the normal get your weight and vitals but then I have to wait another 45+ minutes to see the Nurse Practitioner.
Super fast process and super short wait, miserable medical care. If you have a cold or flu- definitely worth going. If you have any chronic or complex issue come up while traveling, don't waste your time.
I have been to this urgent care on many occasions. Sure, sometimes the wait is a bit longer than I would like, but every time our family has received the correct treatment after hours and on weekends without paying a $1500 ER visit. All of the staff is always very nice and respectful.
I don't usually do this but I am disgusted with this place. After sitting over an hour and finally getting to a patient room I'm told they don't accept MDWise so not only do I have to pay a lot of money but I've been here over 2 hours now and have yet to see a doctor. By far the worst medical treatment I've had.
I don't understand. I was the only person here so why is it taking so long?
All ofbthe staff are super friendly but the wait is awful.
