Medical malpractice is what I was told by another dr's office. I have been treated like garbage by these people. Expecially the receptionist at gfeild.. I had my pharmacy send a refill request over on December 29th and called them on December 29th to let them know I would be out of my lyrica by Jan 2. On the 5th of January medicine that I've been on for years still hadn't been called in so I called my dr's medical assistant yesterday, no call back, called medical assistant today again no call back. I have severe fibromyalgia. I'm n severe pain. My mom stopped in the gfeild office the receptionist we're very rude and disrespectful and would not let her speak to any medical professional about getting my refills called in. I was out of refills all Dr Jones needed to do was call them in. They acted like I was garbage. The receptionist told my mom if I was in that much pain I should go to hospital. Why? I've been prescribed to this medicine for a very long time and was diagnosed back in 2002 by a respected dr who sent me to another specialist to confirm his diagnosis. I have lost all hope in dr's at this point.
I called for a friend struggling with mental health. I left a voicemail on Monday saying that I am calling on his behalf with his permission and that he desperately needs help and I need to find out what I can do to get him in with a counselor or therapist. I request that they call me back ASAP. It's been a week. No calls. pathetic.
I was apparently misinformed that there was a walk-in option at this clinic. I believe when they first opened here, it was advertised as such. I tried to take my toddler in for an ear ache and was treated poorly by the receptionist. I was trying to take care of her and get to work, already being late. I was greeted with a great lack of compassion and talked down to. Quite frankly, she was snooty. I would absolutely not consider switching my family's care to this facility. The interaction here was a good reminder of what great care we receive at our regular physicians' offices.
Called to make an appointment due to needing biometric screening for our insurance & couldn't get in at our regular doctor. Was told they would not do that at all, that we would have to switch to them. I agreed to that & they said they still would need 5-7 days to fill out form that I need to turn in sooner. ... the form has two boxes to check and a signature line. Not sure how they are helping our community?? Weird how they won't take someone that has good insurance but I guess it's their loss.
Went to est care, I have been seen 3 times with nothing medical done to me. No looking in eyes, throat , ears or anything. Just talks and writes down diagnosis that are unreal. Call to speak with nurse had to leave message and they have not called back. I worked in doctor office for 10 years. They are a disgrace to the medical field.
