These people are in a business to supply a service to a family that it's the last thing they can ever do for a loved one. Yet they were so inconsiderate of anybody's feeling but their own.
They are working with us on our sons stone. The first half of the transaction has been good. I will update when the stone is finished

Being that they are in the business of dealing in death I would hope they would be respectful. I was just visiting my fathers grave (they seen me there) and they drove right next to me way too close causing me to get up and go to my car. As soon as I got up they drove and parked on my fathers grave. There is tons of empty room all around and PLENTY other routes but they chose to park on him while I sat there. Funny as soon as they saw me snap a pic they moved to a diff location that didn't involve parking on anyone. Maybe that would've been a great FIRST choice. Disrespectful
Paid for a marker in Oct of 2016. Finally got a refund June of 2017. First they said they tried to contact me about A certain etching on stone but they had wrong phone number. After finally seeing the original order they DID have the right phone number, LIE a simple marker but they lied and lied about it being delivered to grave site. Said it was delivered, LIE. Said it got cracked upon another said delivery, LIE. Said it was delivered, LIE. Said it was delivered again, LIE.
DO NOT TRUST WHAT THESE PEOPLE SAY THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!
