Customer service was good. The girl who cut my hair appeared very scared to cut my hair. She was a new student and my hair is a complicated cut, they should have paired me with a senior student. The kicker is, the teacher finished my hair and messed it up, as well. My hair is really curly with layers and now I have to go to a salon to get it fixed. I could go back and they would fix it, but I got my hair cut there four months ago and I had to return that time as well to let them fix it. I came back months later to get a cut because i did not think the same thing would happen again. My hair is an inch and half longer on one side than the other. If you are going to get a basic hair cut and you have straight hair you might be alright, but if you have curly and its a complicated cut definitely go somewhere else. So frustrated....

I'm beginning my fourth week at Pj's. I've enjoyed my time here tremendously. All the instructors are super friendly and helpful! I look forward to finishing out my time here and beginning a career doing something I love!
The people are nice but the girl who cut my hair seemed very scared when cutting it. I also got acrylic nails and almost all have fallen off after 2 . When I called to tell them, they said they would fix it. They knew I would arrive right at closing buy said come any way. When I arrived thwy sent me away. NEVER coming back.
i got acrylics and i loved the people and service. but the first week i had my nails, two broke off with in the first week
