We come here as a staff from Dr.Brian Kirkwood's office for lunch. We always have great service. Ronnie always takes great care of us she is very sweet and great at her job. The food is amazing. Best BBQ around. Highly recommend this place.
This is definitely popular locally, as I witnessed some regulars. The ambiance is good, feels like a true Florida staple. As far as the food goes, what drew me was the gator tail, which was good. The portions are pretty small to be honest. I can't speak for the ribs or pulled pork but the brisket was pretty dry and bland. I was excited because upon entering, I could smell a smoker or something, but the meat hardly had a smoked taste. The baked beans weren't anything to be proud of either. If you like barbeque you don't have to douse in sauce, I'd recommend Dave's or city bbq. The service was great too, sadly, the main event is disappointing
Great barbeque! Everyday they have a cheap spacial for all you can eat for certain items depending on the day of the week. The employees are very friendly and catering. Great tasting sauces too.
It's okay. Very small dining room. 15 chairs tops. Cashier counter directly overlooks tables 4-8 feet away. So you feel like they're starting at you the whole time, and they kind of are. They're just standing there not doing anything because there's only 2-3 tables full and there's not much else for them to do. They're facing you directly and it's pretty much dead silent so I thought it was kind of weird. (Also, I went there to take my little sister out to lunch. She's 15, I'm 22. A couple dumbass redneck waitresses kept giving me dirty looks which kinda pissed me off) The food was good and it only took about 5 minutes to hit the table.
Cheap all you can eat some(every maybe?) day. Great home made beans and slaw for sides
