Just avoid these guys.
It took us 3 calls to get our gate PIN set after moving in...again, same "the owner will call you" with no response.
It's been so long, they now can't find us in the system, so we've given up. It's not that the $100 deposit matters this much...it is just the principle of it.
I hate to do this, but we are very frustrated with Greenfield Self Storage and will never rent from them again. Customer service is non-existent. 2 1/2 months after moving out, we have not received our deposit back. We have called over and over again. The facility is managed by Uhaul, so you get a national customer service line. They can't do anything on their end, so they have to reach out to the owner for guidance. We are always promised a call back, which never comes.
My biggest beef is with the customer service. We also rent across town from another storage company who is so attentive and on top of things.
Other things...not as important. The units are old. We had daylight and moisture coming through our unit. As far as I know there are no cameras.
