Our company has rented from Red Door twice with nothing but great things to say. The units are nice, plenty of light, good security, and very responsive service.
Unit was always dry and had no climate issues, price is good too... but there is a big rodent issue. We had our whole house packed in a unit while a new home was built. The items in several boxes had to be thrown away because of mouse droppings and shredding of items. There was also mouse poop on all boxes and furniture elsewhere the mice had been crawling. Sweeping out the unit at the end of my time was also telling of the mouse problem at this location. This delayed unpacking as we had to thoroughly examine everything for contamination.
Thank God for Red Door Storage, they have provided me with an answer to where I was going to put all my things when I sold my home and moved. The security of knowing my items are protected puts my mind at ease. They have been very helpful and fair pricing for the storage.
I've had all my earthly possessions, except what fits in my truck, in a 10 x 15 unit with Red Door Storage since 8/2015 & wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Best storage facility in the Greenfield area! The area is secure, well lit and clean. The owners are wonderful, Harold and Missy are always friendly and quick to respond to any phone calls or text messages.
We've also rented from another company across town and cannot say the same about them....you'd think storage would be a pretty standard operation but Missy and the team at Red Door Storage are definitely better than the others in town.
Also the ability to pay through online account is fabulous!!
