My wife and I had purchased 5 vehicles through Stanfield auto and we're very satisfied I had even convinced some other family members of ours to go here (Big Mistake) My father and I had purchased 2 vehicle's at the same time the agreement was that I paid the sales tax for mine (Which I did) and he would pay his well there was a disagreement between the two of them (Not my fault or my or my responsibility) they take it upon themselves to continuously call my work, my cell and other references well no big deal I looked past all that. So one day I stop in to talk to Chad (The financial person) about some financing when Todd the owner walks in and gets rude with me telling me if I didn't have his money I could get off of his lot , So at first I thought he was joking and I laughed for a sec till he said no Im serious, Chad the finance guy tried to calm him down then Todd yells and says he's just someone trying to get something for nothing then he walks away. This place really lacks the professionalism that it needs and I would advise people to stay away from here , They want too much down and stick you with high risk loan companies that cost a fortune and trust me guys it's not worth all that. Oh yeah I had forgot to mention that one of the vehicles I bought here caught fire due to a faulty wire job and I only had the vehicle for like 2 weeks at the time so that goes to show how well their mechanics go through things.
Sold me a jeep cherokee that was all rusted out from the bottom and tried to cover up with bedliner spray and had moss growing on roof rack and trash inside the dash
None of the employees can give the same information. The owner is literally impossible to reach. I was lead to believe a vehicle was for sale and they processed all of the paperwork to get a loan from my bank to pay for the car in full. After I had the check in my hand they informed me that there was a woman that was already going to purchase the vehicle, but no money was put down. Highly annoying and a huge waste of time. I have cash in hand and they would rather wait to make the sale.
Amazing customer service. Not your typical car lot. They are upfront care about the customer and stand in back of what they say. Nice to see still honest people that puts customer 1st! Great job entire staff!
Very good Customer service. Ron was very helpful when we purchased my Sons first vehicle there in October. We are from out of town but he made the purchasing process very easy. Very honest dealership that showed integrity when they promised that we could purchase a vehicle and held it for us to make the trip to pick up the Car. I would recommend them for your next purchase.
